By accessing or using the application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Application Features

The application may provide tools that allow you to:

• Import exported chat files
• View, search, filter, and organize imported conversations
• Manage chat archives and backups
• Export chat content in supported formats
• Process selected photos, videos, and other media
• Convert video to audio
• Split videos into clips
• Open messaging conversations using a phone number
• Access supported web-based messaging sessions
• Protect application content using Face ID
• Access additional features through paid subscriptions or purchases

Features may vary depending on your device, iOS version, permissions, subscription status, and application version.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the information, files, conversations, phone numbers, messages, photos, videos, and other content that you import, enter, process, store, or export using the application.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access and process any content belonging to you or another person.

You agree not to use the application to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

4. Imported Chat Content

The application may allow you to import chat exports created through third-party messaging services.

The application does not provide access to another person's private account or messaging database.

You are responsible for obtaining chat exports through legitimate means and for ensuring that you are authorized to view, store, process, and share the imported content.

We are not responsible for the content contained in chat exports or for any consequences resulting from your use or disclosure of such content.

5. Recovery and Backup Features

Some features may allow you to manage, archive, import, or process previously exported conversations and media.

These features should not be understood as a guarantee that permanently deleted or unavailable content can be recovered.

Successful processing or restoration may depend on the source file, operating system, device storage, file format, permissions, and other technical factors.

You should maintain independent backups of important information.

6. Photos, Videos, and Media

If you grant Photos or file access, you authorize the application to access the content you select for the relevant feature.

You retain ownership of your personal content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you process, export, save, or share does not violate copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

7. Quick Message

The Quick Message feature may allow you to enter a phone number and open a conversation through a supported third-party messaging service without saving the number to your Contacts.

The application does not guarantee that a number is registered with a particular messaging service.

Any communication initiated through a third-party service is subject to that service's availability, functionality, terms, and policies.

You are responsible for entering accurate information and using the feature lawfully.

8. Dual Messenger and Third-Party Services

Certain features may provide access to third-party web or messaging services.

We do not own or control those third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, functionality, compatibility, or accuracy.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, account actions, or content associated with third-party services.

9. Face ID and Security

The application may use Apple's Face ID authentication to protect application content.

Face ID authentication is provided by Apple's operating system. We do not receive or store your biometric information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, device passcode, and authentication settings.

10. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The application may offer paid subscriptions and one-time purchases, including monthly, yearly, or lifetime options where available.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

Prices, billing periods, available features, and other purchase information are displayed before purchase.

Automatic Renewal

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID/App Store account settings.

Lifetime Purchase

A lifetime purchase, where offered, is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable features for the supported period of availability. It does not necessarily mean that the application or its features will be available permanently or indefinitely.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable App Store policies. We do not directly process or control App Store refunds.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its terms and eligibility will be displayed at the time of purchase.

If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the subscription will renew according to the terms displayed during purchase unless canceled before renewal.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple account.

12. Pro Features and Advertisements

The application may display advertisements to users who do not have an applicable ad-free or Pro entitlement.

Paid plans may include benefits such as:

• Ad-free usage
• Unlimited chat imports or backups
• Additional chat export features
• Additional tools or functionality
• Other premium features described in the application

Premium features may change over time as the application is updated.

13. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate third-party services, including:

• Apple App Store and Apple services
• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase
• RevenueCat
• Third-party messaging or web services

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, requirements, and limitations.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

The application's software, interface, design, graphics, logos, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the application
• Modify or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Attempt to extract source code
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application
• Use our proprietary materials without authorization

Your personal content remains yours.

15. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the application:

• For unlawful purposes
• To violate another person's privacy
• To access content without authorization
• To infringe intellectual property rights
• To distribute malicious or harmful content
• To interfere with the application's operation
• To bypass security or authentication mechanisms

16. No Guarantee of Recovery

The application provides tools for importing, managing, processing, and working with user-provided content.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every imported file will be supported
• Every message or media file can be processed
• Deleted information can be recovered
• Processed content will be identical to the original
• Exported files will always be complete
• The application will work with every device or iOS version
• Third-party messaging services will remain compatible

You should keep independent backups of important data.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

This may include loss of data, messages, media, business opportunities, revenue, or other information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Updates and Changes

We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of the application at any time.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

The updated Terms will become effective when published with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may restrict or terminate access to certain features if you materially violate these Terms or use the application unlawfully.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
